Helpful information for all delegates

Summit Parking

  • Follow the instructions of The Summit Parking Staff.
  • Spaces are available for handicapped.
  • Be sure to lock your vehicles after you park.
  • Ushers will be patrolling the grounds during The Summit.


Lost and Found is located at the Welcome Center.  

Name Badges

We would love for everyone to get to know you during the Northeast Vision Summit. Please wear the name badge you received as part of your registration. Your name badge also serves as a discount card at a variety of local restaurants listed in the Area Guide. If you misplace your badge during The Summit, stop by the Welcome Center for a replacement.

Let us shine your shoes! Shoe shine boys are waiting to serve you in Room 305, right off the Heppe Hallway.

In Case of Emergency

In case of emergency, please call 911. If you have other medical needs, please visit the Welcome Center. Workers there will direct you to someone who will be able to help you and will have basic medications. 


In the event that we would need to evacuate the building: 

  • Please leave the building via the exit that is closest to you. 
  • Nursery and children’s classes will be escorted out of the building by our workers at exits in or closest to their classrooms. 
  • After exiting the building we ask that parents walk to the tent to pick up their children. 


Evening Service Seating Instructions

This year, there is no reserved seating. All seating is based on first come, first serve. The Auditorium will open at 6:00 pm. 


Afternoon Cleaning

  • Please remove all personal belongings following lunch to allow our cleaning staff to prepare the Auditorium for the evening services.
