  • Where do I park?

    Upon your arrival, please follow the instructions of The Summit Parking Staff. Spaces are available for handicapped. Be sure to lock your vehicles after you park. For the safety of all our Summit guests, security personnel will be patrolling the campus grounds.

  • What time are services?

    Evening services start at 6:30 pm. Morning services start at 9:00 am.


    The Auditorium doors will open at 6:00 pm for evening services. The Auditorium will be kept cool. There will not be reserved seating sections.

  • Can I save my group seats?

    This year, there is no reserved seating. All seating is based on a first-come, first serve. The Auditorium will open at 6:00 pm.


    Take your belongings with you

    Please help our cleaners by removing all personal belongings following lunch to allow our cleaning staff to prepare the Auditorium for the evening services.

  • Who can eat at meal time?

    All registered delegates are welcome to join us for food and fellowship after the evening services.


    Lunch will be provided Wednesday and Thursday after sessions.

  • What do I do with my kids?

    We’ll take great care of your children while at the Summit!


    All children, babies through fourth grade, should wear the numbered wristbands you received in your check-in folder. Please write an emergency contact number, your child’s name, and any allergies or medical conditions on their band. If you need additional wristbands, please pick them up at the Welcome Center. Parents need to have a matching numbered wristband when picking up your children. Please make sure your child wears a new wristband each day, but they can wear the same one for daytime and evening within the same day.

  • Where can I get a shoe shine?

    Glad you asked! Room 305 off the Heppe Hallway.

  • I lost something.

    Not a question but we understand your concern of a lost item. Please head to the Welcome Center in the main lobby to search the Lost and Found.

  • What’s with the name badges?

    We would love for everyone to get to know you during the Northeast Vision Summit. Please wear the name badge you received as part of your registration. If you misplace your badge during The Summit, stop by the Welcome Center for a replacement.

  • Can I watch services online if I can’t attend in person?

    Absolutely! If for any reason you can’t make our in-person service, you can always watch it live. The Summit services are available to stream on our websites, Facebook, and Youtube channels.

  • What’s going on Tuesday?

    Check-In

    Summit Check-In will be open on Tuesday from 2:00 pm until 6:15 pm in Room 102 at Solid Rock Baptist Church. If you cannot come then, Check-In will open again after the evening service.


    Senior Pastors do not need to come to Summit Check-In.

    Your family’s Summit materials will be in your hotel room. Please stop by Check-In before or after the service if you need anything adjusted.


    For local pastors not staying in a hotel, please visit Summit Check-In and come to the front of the line for your Summit materials and gift basket!
